Datamine Global Conference 2026
This November, the Datamine global team comes together in South Africa to reflect, align, and define the strategic direction that will shape 2027 and beyond.
About the Conference
Each year, Datamine brings its global team together for a week of shared thinking, honest conversations, and decisions that shape the year ahead. This is that week, and it matters that you're there.
With team members joining from across the globe, this is one of the few moments in the year where our global community is in the same room. That makes it something worth showing up for.
What to Expect
A structured week designed to deliver clarity, alignment, and momentum for the year ahead.
An honest look at 2026: our financial performance, what we delivered, where we fell short, and what it means for how we move forward. Transparent, grounded, and forward-facing.
Our primary focus for the week. We'll work through the strategic priorities that will shape the next year: where we're investing, where we're pulling back, and how we're positioning Datamine for sustainable growth in our key markets.
A dedicated stream exploring how we grow from within: expanding wallet share with existing customers, accelerating new logo acquisition, deepening product adoption, and building the commercial capabilities that compound over time.
Beyond the sessions, this is a chance to strengthen the relationships that make a distributed global team actually function. Shared meals, informal time, and the kind of conversations that don't happen over a Teams call.

Getting There
Everything you need to know about travelling to South Africa for the conference.
Many nationalities can enter South Africa visa-free for tourism purposes. However, requirements vary significantly by passport. Please check the South African Department of Home Affairs website or your nearest South African embassy for your specific requirements.
If you require a visa support letter from Datamine, please indicate this during registration and contact Anton Clowes directly.
South Africa may require proof of yellow fever vaccination if you are travelling from or transiting through a country where yellow fever is endemic. This typically includes parts of Sub-Saharan Africa and South America.
If this applies to your journey, you must carry your International Certificate of Vaccination (Yellow Card). Consult your travel doctor or local health authority at least 10 days before departure.
The main arrival gateway is Cape Town International Airport (CPT). Most international delegates will connect through major hubs such as Dubai (DXB), Johannesburg (JNB), London Heathrow (LHR), or Amsterdam (AMS).
Airport transfer arrangements will be coordinated by the events team. Please indicate your arrival and departure details during registration so transfers can be arranged. Further details will be communicated closer to the event.
When entering South Africa, ensure your passport has at least two blank pages available for immigration stamps, and that your passport is valid for a minimum of 30 days beyond your departure date.
You may be asked to provide a return or onward travel ticket and evidence of sufficient funds for your stay. Keep your conference invitation email accessible in the event of any questions at immigration.
If you have received an invitation to the Datamine Global Conference 2026, attendance is expected unless previously discussed and agreed with your manager. This is one of the most significant team events of the year, and the value of the week comes from the full global team being present together. If you have a specific situation that may prevent attendance, please speak with your manager at the earliest opportunity.
Visa requirements depend on your nationality. Many passports (including most EU, UK, US, Australian, Canadian, and New Zealand passports) allow visa-free entry to South Africa for short stays. However, you must check this independently based on your specific passport and circumstances. Visit the South African Department of Home Affairs website or contact your nearest South African embassy or consulate. If you need a visa support letter from Datamine, indicate this during registration and contact Anton Clowes.

This typically includes parts of Sub-Saharan Africa and Central/South America. If this applies to your routing, you must carry your International Certificate of Vaccination (the "Yellow Card") and it must be valid. Consult your travel doctor or local health authority well in advance of travel, ideally at least 10–14 days before your departure.

This information will be shared directly with the event catering team to ensure your needs are fully accommodated throughout the week, including all meals and evening events.
A registration deadline will be communicated by the events team. We strongly encourage all delegates to register as early as possible so that logistics, catering, and transfers can be planned effectively. Early registration also helps the events team identify and resolve any travel challenges (such as visa requirements) with adequate lead time.
The conference agenda has not yet been finalised. The full programme will be published on this page and communicated to all registered delegates when it is ready. This website will be updated as information becomes available, so please check back regularly. If you have questions about the programme content, contact Anton Clowes.
